Lansen Nursery Website

Lansen Nursery, approached PSP to create a modern, responsive website that would reflect their innovative approach to horticulture. Supplying high street retail, garden centres and the UK landscaping trade with around 3 million plants annually, Lansen needed a site that showcased their products and highlight availability.

The website included a contemporary design, mobile compatibility and utilise a self-managed content system. Therefore, the project was launched working closely with Lansen’s team, including Managing Director Jan Lansen, to meet their requirements.

Mock-up designs were created and along with a draft of a detailed functional specification including page layouts, workflows and logic. On receiving approval. PSP built the site using the Umbraco CMS platform, which is a user-friendly interface for suitable Lansen’s team to edit/ manage content easily. 

The new website gave Lansen Nursery a fresh, modern online presence that perfectly aligned with their progressive brand. The Umbraco CMS made it simple for their team to update content, add new pages, or remove outdated ones, to keep the site current at all times. Its responsive design ensured a smooth experience on any device, while intuitive navigation and a clean layout created an enjoyable visit for users. The interactive calendar became a standout feature, clearly displaying product availability year-round, with the contact page streamlined supplier interactions and new engagement.
