We were excited to celebrate Vanessa’s two-year anniversary at PSP recently! As the Executive Assistant to both our CEO and CTO, Vanessa is the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly at the top – and she’s made a real difference since joining us. Her to-do list is never empty; there are always office-management duties, travel arrangements, meetings, reports and everything in between for her to manage. PSP runs a very tight ship and Vanessa is the one who points everyone in the right direction.

Beyond the EA Role

But Vanessa doesn’t stop there! She’s also our Head of Recruitment, working closely with candidates and recruitment agencies to bring in top talent. Her energy and dedication have been instrumental in helping PSP grow with the right people in the right roles.

Why She Loves PSP

Reflecting on her time here, Vanessa shared a bit about what she enjoys most:

One of the best things about being the Executive Assistant to Joe (CEO) and Brett (CTO) is having a front-row seat to the company’s strategic vision and decision-making process. Supporting and taking care of two dynamic and very different personalities brings endless variety to my role, keeping it fresh, exciting and deeply rewarding.

Working for PSP where quality is not just a goal but a part of everything we do, means I am consistently challenged and encouraged to give my best in every task; no matter how big or small. I am so grateful to be part of the PSP team – a group of people who are not only talented and dedicated but who also embody our core values, Quality, Integrity, Creativity and Support. I genuinely love coming to work every day, being needed and hopefully making a difference.
