AAT Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Implementation

AAT’s legacy on-premises Dynamics system was inadequate for a modern hybrid workforce, resulting in performance bottlenecks, accessibility challenges and inefficiencies in finance operations. The implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O, initiated by a previous vendor, had been delayed due to constraints on internal resources caused by essential business-as-usual (BAU) activities, which were driving costs higher. AAT required a strategic partner to provide flexible expertise, reduce strain on their finance team and ensure a successful implementation with scalability for future integrations.

Continuous feedback with AAT’s finance team ensured adherence to requirements. PSP’s project manager worked with AAT’s PMO to manage cutover planning and communications, AAT staff delivered training for smooth adoption. Rigorous QA testing and UAT completed a seamless transition.
