PSP to Perform Study Centre Platform Upgrade for CIPS

PSP is thrilled to announce a new Study Centre Platform development project in partnership with The Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS). This initiative will migrate their existing Windows-based VISION application to a cutting-edge web-based system, designed to support both internal teams and external stakeholders at CIPS.

The enhanced application will serve as a centralised hub for managing tutors, creating programmes, fulfilling products, organising cohorts, streamlining resource management and providing clear visibility of student data. It will perform this all in one place.

To deliver this project, PSP has planned a comprehensive approach divided into six phases. Our team will offer business analyst expertise to gather requirements and write detailed specifications, as well as handle core development, rigorous testing, user training and end-to-end project management.

Our VISION platform has been tailored for numerous Chartered Institutes and awarding bodies, which were customised with different functionalities such as:

  • Online exam marking and exam paper tracking
  • Competency-based assessments
  • Membership and event management
  • Procurement and financial processes
  • Project oversight
  • Quality Management (Including ISO)

This collaboration represents another milestone in our long-standing partnership with CIPS. By transitioning their VISION application to a web-based solution, CIPS staff will enjoy secure access to the system, enabling them to work from any location.
