The CIPS ‘Great’ awards recognises individuals who go above and beyond the call of duty and are usually reserved for CIPS members of staff, but in an exception to the rule, Brett was presented with an award to reflect the hard work and effort that was put into the implementation of a new Finance System (Sage ERP X3).

Brett led a project team that was made up of finance, procurement and IT staff who took the system from the solution selection through to design and implementation.  Brett worked within the rigorous supplier and project frameworks at CIPS to deliver a complex implementation on time and to budget and is now nearing the end of the global roll-out which started with the UK, Australia and Singapore and finally Africa.

Brett has worked at CIPS for 6 years, managing their internal IT team as well as external suppliers. Brett has worked on many projects for CIPS over the years, delivering all of them on time and to budget.

“I’m honoured to be recognised for my contribution at the CIPS Great Awards. The focus now, is on maximising the investment in the Financial system whilst developing the ICT systems strategy for their internal and external systems.” Comments Brett.
