People, Systems and Process (PSP) is delighted to announce the appointment of its newest team member, demonstrating the company's continued commitment to developing future talent.
 
What makes this appointment particularly special is that Liam first joined PSP through a work experience placement while still at school, gaining an insight into the world of business and technology.
 
Following the success of Liam's placement and his enthusiasm to learn, PSP continued to support his development by offering part-time work alongside his college studies, initially working one day per week before increasing to two days per week as his skills and experience grew. 
 
Throughout this period, Liam demonstrated exceptional commitment, regularly dedicating his own time outside of work and college to further develop his technical knowledge and gain a deeper understanding of the systems and solutions being delivered by the business.
 
Over this period, Liam became a valued member of the team, gaining practical experience, building professional confidence, and contributing to a range of business activities while continuing his education.
 
Having successfully completed this stage of his journey, PSP is now proud to welcome Liam into a permanent role within the company.
