The performance management system sits snuggly into SharePoint 2010 offering a single area for both Intranet and Time Management in an environment that is both familiar and secure without the need for additional systems to configure.

Production booking & Performance
This performance management system analyses data input from job sheets and compares in real time against Bill and Material times. The system interface is intuitive to the user, as operations are entered the timesheet builds up, providing an overview throughout the day of the time entered.

This new production booking and performance monitoring system talks to a number of internal applications to calculate performance against targets at individual, team and work centre level.

Monitoring & Targets
Operator enters timesheet information (times and quantities against work orders); this is compared against targets set within the estimates/quote system (BOM).  The performance management system compares individual and team performance against the agreed targets.  The reporting within the system details the performance variance, providing at a glance by team, individual and work centre whether or not they are over or under the time to produce to product.
