At PSP, we've made it our mission to embrace artificial intelligence (AI) across every facet of our operations, transforming the way we work and deliver value to our clients. This isn't about jumping on a bandwagon, it's about harnessing cutting-edge tools to drive efficiency, creativity and excellence across all sectors.

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into business analysis is certainly reshaping how we work. One of our senior business analysts took the opportunity to explore integrating AI into our workflows to optimise the analysis of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) process maps.

Traditionally, extracting functional requirements from BPMN process maps is a labour-intensive task that involves manually examining each map, identifying relevant swim lanes, extracting and interpreting symbol text and compiling requirements. However, for large client organisations with hundreds of process maps, this approach is time-consuming, prone to human error and bias and can impact deliverable quality.

Moreover, the quality of our outputs has soared, ensuring consistency and reducing biases. Whether it's predictive modelling for project outcomes or automated reporting, PSP has turned business analysis from a labour-intensive task into a dynamic, value-adding powerhouse.

A shining example of our innovative spirit in the use of Ai isn't just limited to our exploration in pioneering Ai applications within software development and testing. Our latest advertising campaign (which has been aired as a television advertisement on GB News since August), saw the visuals created entirely using AI technologies. No traditional graphic designers or animators were involved in the imagery, instead, sophisticated prompts were fed into AI tools to produce stunning, bespoke visuals that perfectly captured the essence of PSP’s IT project recovery.

IT project rescue from the digital transformation experts.

This not only cut production costs and time but also allowed for endless creativity without the constraints of physical resources. Of course, we didn't go fully automated. The voiceover was handled by a talented human narrator, whose warmth and authenticity added a personal touch that AI voices, for all their advancements, still struggle to replicate fully.

To complement this, we even composed an original song about PSP using AI music generation software. After experimenting with multiple prompts (describing themes of digital transformation, legacy modernisation and bespoke software development), we generated a catchy song that encapsulates our brand's energy. By blending human inputs with AI's generative prowess, both the song's lyrics and melody were fine-tuned.

As we continue to explore and expand the applications of AI in our work, we remain committed to delivering exceptional value to our clients. The future of digital transformation is here and it is powered by PSP and AI, so let’s talk.
